We traded in a 2018 Chevy Equinox in excellent condition for a 2019 Dodge RAM and was given a low ball trade in value of $16,700 that we saw the next day on Lansdales site for $20,000. We paid $31500 for the RAM. I don’t believe the dealers mechanic looked at the RAM before resale to us. We found that the drivers side door speaker was not working and asked them to fix it and they said no. The tires needed replacing (which we did) because they would not pass inspection. The mechanic at the tire shop found that the left front tie rod needed to be replaced, another expense. Our problem is with the owner of the dealership who was not willing to work with us with these problems and, that they sold us a vehicle without checking to see if it were safe for the road. Our salesman, Paul Grenon was a nice guy, very respectful and kind. I would not recommend buying a used vehicle from Lansdale and I am not the only customer who feels this way. Buyer beware!!

Writing reviews are not really my thing....however, everything about this experience was so good that I actually could not wait to share it with others! It's not because of the price (which was absolutely fair) or because my Jeep came in earlier than promised (which it did) but more so it was the overall feeling from the first call I made to them all the way until I left with the vehicle, and beyond. Paul and Jay treated me and the process with the utmost respect, handled everything with transparency, were responsive, kind, and honest. While this may be my first Jeep from them them, it's certainly not my last. Paul Grenon, Jay, and Lansdale Jeep have made me a customer for life!
