Picking up our sixth CRV

Most everything was set up before hand by our salesman, Mitch Lasman, who was patient and very helpful, so we spent less than an hour at the Dealership. Jorge Artau was great explaining and helping set up the various features of the CRV; he made what could have been very confusing, very easy. Andre Woods had all the documents ready to go for signing and made it quick and easy. He even gave us help in finding a location we had to find in order to help our daughter who called us while we in his office.

Another Solid Lease from Martin Main Line!

A previous lease was at Martin Main Line. Though my salesperson was no longer there (sadly, deceased), knew that my concurrent expeience at that time with hin and sales manager Mr. Seeker (hello again!) was smooth. Consultant Mr. Rostin - after our intial contact via telephone - was even more affable in person (a really nice gentleman). In less than nine minutes(!) the financial terms were finalized (sales price, money factor, residual). Mr. Freeman (Geenral Sales Manager) came out to warmly welcome me back to the Martin "family". Busy day so waiting for delivery prep of the new vehicle took time but I departed in my lease in a total of three hours from arrival. Cudos to Business Manager Mr. Guido for a smooth document signing. Mr. Rostin, as well as Mr. Artao (both introduced me to the final delivery) followed up shortly confirming my satisfaction. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Dave Tierney was extremely nice and was very honest in laying out what he could offer us - the pre-owend 2018 honda crv was in immaculate shape - and we were ipressed with an IT person explaining the cmpurter/dashboard display systems to us.
