Friendly staff but not great info about payments
Patrick the salesman was very helpful, friendly and personable. The young men who parked my cars were also friendly and helpful.

W e were very pleased with the salesman (Michael Rostin) and the process of buying the car. Our only mild complaint was that another couple were in with the finance manager so we had to wait one hour to get in to see him.

Excellent customer service
Everybody in the dealership were very accommodating and nice. We felt like family. I got my first Honda Civic 2016 from them and had the same great experience Would definitely recommend.

Makes the car buying experience enjoyable
Mike Murnane is great to work with. This is the third car I have leased from him and I drive almost 40 minutes, past another Honda dealership, to work with him. Mike shows a high level of integrity and I trust him. Joe is also great and accommodating, he listened to what was important to me and delivered. Andre was a pleasure to work with for the paperwork. He explained everything and it was smooth and easy. Everyone in the dealership was nice and pleasant. A gentleman, I didn’t catch his name, even got my son cookies when he noticed him getting antsy. There is no other place that will happily stay late for you and can make the car buying process so smooth. It is always busy in there and everyone is working together. Even though it is busy, they make you feel like you are their number one customer and priority. I will continue going to mainline Honda for as long as I am driving a Honda. I am really happy with my new Honda CRV. The way I was and always am treated by the employees at Mainline Honda exceeds my expectations every time.

Great working with Mitch and Mike at Main Line Honda
This is probably my 10th car from main line Honda. I called Mitch and said I might be looking for a car if something fit my needs exactly. Gently used. Low mileage. Excellent condition. Within about an hour Mitch found me a 2018 certified accord that was leased for 5 months. 1,600 miles on it. He took me for a quick ride. Told me it was clean as a whistle and it was. A bit of negotiating with Mike and my new car was ready to join the family. As always, a great experience
