They have no respect for you or your time
I called ahead of time to make sure that they had the car that was listed on their website and since it was electric that it was fully charged for a test drive. Then I realized while on the phone that they were farther away than I had originally thought and told them never mind but the person on the phone pushed me really hard to make the 1 Hour drive out to see their car. “We will make you the best deal! You’ll have a great experience!” So I drive over there and the person I spoke to on the phone is not a sales person. It takes them five minutes to find me a sales person who then takes another 15 minutes to figure out that the cars are not even on this dealership’s lot. So I wasted 2.5 hrs round-trip for absolutely nothing. For what it’s worth the building itself is ugly outdated and it has a peculiar odor. Let’s just say the quality of their service matches the quality of their real estate.

Great deal to finance a car with great details
