Bait and switch/Unprofessional Managers
Gave a quote for a 2018 car, when we arrived at dealership, no 2018 but had 2019s. Sales Manager Mark was argumentative and combative and was as unprofessional as they come. Felt bad for Roman who handled us professionally and courteously, he deserves a better leader. Go somewhere else if you want to purchase a car.

Awesome experience
Julie Thompson was amazing! She was so patient accommodating our busy schedule! Everyone at the dealership was professional, but felt like close friends at the same time!!! Very accommodating and listened to what we wanted and was willing to get it! Even from their other store the SAME day!!! They truly understood our lack of free time!

Purchase of a new car/lease
David was very helpful and patient. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and hesitant about making a huge investment. He walked me through everything and at the last minute, I changed my mind and went with a lease. He stayed late so that I could explore that option. I am so thankful that I got the lease. I love my new car! Andre was very helpful with the final paperwork too. Lastly, Carlos did a great job explaining all of the tech to me in the car. He is a very talented young man.
