Chrysler girl trades UP to a CRV��

The entire experience was outstanding. Nico listened when I explained what I was looking for, found a beauty which I test drove and loved. Bill took over, discussed trade in value and in pricing, which I thought was generous and fair. Andre was professional and explained the paperwork involved. Despite being super busy, as it was the last day of the month and the show room was packed, Bill kept me apprised of my new CRV, as he was having it inspected, installing new front brakes, too!! I drove away in my new CRV very happy and satisfied! Sales Manager Mike Freeman was wonderful, too - approachable, down to earth and available- he checked on me a few times while I waited. I would recommend Martin Honda to anyone who asks - good people who’ll work with you to find exactly what vehicle you need! Thank you, thank you!!

Good experience overall

Wasn't a hard sell, had a reasonable discussion about what we were interested in. The parking lot is small and packed so it's not ideal to maneuver. There was a gentleman directly us where to park which helped. The process was not quick - its segmented like all car dealerships so there is some waiting in between agreement of sale and papers signed.

Excellent no pressure sales

I did not spend all night at the dealership. Bill was an excellent sales consultant. Financing was quick and good rate.

Unethical Sales, Rude Manager

Come here if you like getting hung up on by the managers. Manager Mike was extremely unprofessional and single handedly caused me to purchase my car at a different dealership. Come here if you like to be treated like a second class citizen for wanting to buy a $47k car and have the audacity to want to negotiate.
