Overall good experience

This is my 2nd Honda from Martin Mainline Honda Ardmore and they have been pretty good in overall purchase experience on both occasions. I would like to appreciate efforts of the sales associates for listening to my requirements and doing best in accommodating my requests. My first car experience was with Patrick and this time Nico and both sales associates have been great in handling my expectations. Today Nico went an extra mile to make sure the car delivery was fast and easy. I definitely recommend this dealership for Honda lovers.

Car buying made easy!

Julie was a pleasure to work with. Her knowledge of Honda’s was clear from the get go. I have been driving Honda’s since I was 18 and I’m 41 now so I’ve had a few. She did not make me feel uncomfortable once or talk down to me. We were equal Honda lovers sharing our experience together getting me into my new vehicle. She was also very helpful with my financing because I’m working on rebuilding my credit, but she and Andre did not let my “Fair” credit deter them. In under a few hours, I was all set up with the payment I wanted and good to go with my new 2018 Honda CR-V!!! I love my new car and the whole experience this time was a breeze!

Pleasant experience

The staff and salssman were very helpful and friend!y and not pushy. Though we were there for at least an hour past closing time the necessary paperwork needed to complete the sale was processed so that we did not have to return on the following Monday.

Great experience

Salesman and other staff were very friendly. Happy with the price and our new car. Computer systems went down while trying to process our paperwork but the staff made sure we were comfortable and gave us water/snacks while waiting.
