As described previously, I had taken my 2021 Ford Ranger
As described previously, I had taken my 2021 Ford Ranger , the 5th car iwhich I purchased from Robin Ford in for service. I needed an inspection and address a few factory recalls and get a computer upgrade, which was all covered. I was only responsible for the inspection. The next day my truck after i came home, my truck overheated and I needed to have towed back to the dealership. I was told that an oil change that I had previously from an outside agency must had not replaced a cap. Which caused the overheating. I explained that my oil change was 600 miles in, and I believe this would have happened much sooner. The service department disagreed and still charged me 170.00 I was not happy with the service department. I then went to the sales office and explained what happened to me. They were very sympathetic and offered me a free oil change next visit. I appreciated this, however I felt they should have not od charged me, especially a 5 time customer. I do believe I should have been given the benefit of the doubt. Since then the general manager called and explained that he believes that although he feels the service department was not at fault, he would offer me 170 dollars worth of free oil changes... I appreciated this, but felt that thry should have just credited my credit card the amount charged. There is definitely room for doubt about who could have caused this, however I would have, if I was the general manager, credited a repeat customer. I find this very unsettling and will not he using Robin Ford in the future. For 170.00 worth of good will, they lost a 5 time customer and all the good will from this event. Im reasonable and would have even accepted a 50% credit, but to be offered oil changes is just, I feel, placating the situation. I could and will never recommend Robin Ford because of their handling of this situation. I gave them my loyalty, whete is theirs in return. Jack Palermo

Sent several emails asking for to se pictures of a
Sent several emails asking for to se pictures of a vehicle. And all I got back was “Did you receive the pictures yet?” When I responded no, I received an email with no message. This went in for several emails with different salesman asking if I received pictures. I just gave up.

Bought a new truck yesterday from robin ford. What a great experience. Friendly and professional staff. Dave Adler went above and beyond to make us happy, as did the whole staff. I will purchase my next vehicle there for sure.

Lemon car
Robin Ford sold me a lemon 2014 Ford Focus which I have had nothing but issues with,first the TCM went which took 4-6 months to get because they had to replace so many of them,then the antifreeze reservoir went which I had to pay for to get repaired, then had to have the car towed because it wouldn't go in reverse, they had to replace the clutch assembly, now the radio is nothing but loud static, even with the car turned off,you can hear the static from the radio, Ford has acknowledged there's an issue with the radio, but no recall, basically the consumer is on their own to get it repaired! I have an appointment on the 30th,for them to do a diagnosis to tell me the radio is bad,cost at least $100,that doesn't include repairing the radio! Sick of the car,was going to trade it in on Friday the 30th,hoping Robin Ford would try and take care of their customer, saw something I liked,got approved for a $12k loan to buy it,made an appointment to buy the vehicle, when I noticed they had sold it on me! Now I'm still stuck with this lemon of a car until I can get rid of it! Thanks for NOTHING,ROBIN FORD
