New Car Purchase

I am very happy and totally satisfied with my experience with Faulkner Toyota. Michael Villari was so nice, so accommodating, friendly, courteous, and understanding to my needs and wants. After visiting 3 other dealerships, one being Toyota, it was a welcomed relief to speak with someone who not just wanted to sell a car, but wanted to make me happy. He found exactly what I wanted. Customer Convenience

I was advised upon entering the service area that the recall my Tacoma needed would take some time. I was pleased when Joann offered to provide me a ride home. I declined as I had come prepared to wait, but was impressed with the offer. I also was happy with the tea and donut offered.

Great place to buy from

We like the way everything was handled. No pressure and not trying to sell me something we did not want or could afford. Salesman Alan Rhode was excellent with everything he handled and got things done very fast and efficiently . I would buy another car off of him very good .

Great Customer Service

My son's prom was the day I needed to pick up the car. Howard arranged for the car to be ready early so I wouldn't be inconvenienced to return to pick it up after the prom festivities. Great customer service! Also, impeccable workmanship on the automobile!
