Don has been in the service business for 15 years. He first started with Firestone where Don held multiple positions from service assistant to store manager. Don has been with Ardmore Toyota since August 2009. Don's knowledge of tires will certainly have you at ease when visiting our dealership for any tire issues. When I come to have my car this is the man I look forward to seeing. Don is pleasant and courteous and always acknowledges me by my name and that makes me feel so good. I love the service I receive knowing that Don is there to help me make decisions or to answer any questions or concerns I may have. He has excellent customer service skills and he is a great asset to this company. Keep up the good work Don. You are the best of the best. Thank you for your service.

Hello consumers, I would just like to share my experience

Hello consumers, I would just like to share my experience with Ardmore Toyota. I’ve had 3 Toyota sienna’s. I currently have a 2019. Whenever my van is due for service I always take it to Ardmore Toyota. For many years the service experience has always been great. I also have a 2021 Lexus LC500. It’s also a Toyota Product. I asked the service director Josh if they could service my Lexus, he said yes that they could provide all of my service needs. I’m very picky about my Lexus. (It cost over $100,000.00) I trust the service director and the technician that usually works on my van. So I decided to let them service my LC500. And again they provided excellent service. Going forward, I’ll let Ardmore Toyota service my Lexus. Keep up the good work Ardmore Toyota.

Extremely efficient, professional, courteous service when

Extremely efficient, professional, courteous service when I took my car in for annual servicing and inspection. Overall a nice atmosphere for a senior woman like me. Facilities very clean, and the spacious waiting area has comfortable seating and good lighting for reading. Enjoyed the tasty coffee, too.

The check in process was smooth and each employee I

The check in process was smooth and each employee I encountered was attentive and professional. My service writer (Don) was thorough and professional. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. His communication throughout the entire process was on point. I never felt a need to reach out to him while waiting because he kept me informed. Far better informed than any other dealer I've been to. The online checkout process was seamless.

Competent tech's, cheerful, courteous and helpful "front of house". Highly recommended. Fixed what I thought was going to be a hugh bill for basic service call fee.

Excellent Service

I receive the "BEST" quality service every time I bring my car to get serviced. Josh Flecther is "Outstanding" he always makes sure that I am being well taken care of and he always follows up with me to ensure that my car is well serviced. I can go on and on about the service team... Ed is great! He always asks me "How I am doing" and he always makes sure that I am being serviced appropriately. Lastly, Don Cannon is wonderful he always answers my questions any time I am not certain about something pertaining to my car. Ardmore Toyota's service staff is one of kind and I feel like a valued customer.
