one star because i cant give it a ZERO. this place is beyond despicable. all they do is take your money along with a big F You.. they charged me $210.00 just to tell me what was wrong with my car when i ALREADY provided paperwork of what was wron because i took it elsewhere to get a FREE diagnostic reading. like i understand you need to put it up and run a diagnostic but xxxx for $210??? didnt include an oil change or anything. oh thats right HALF a bagel i was given when i walked in. by all means DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE just keep driving. you are better off going to a neighborhood repair shop. i guarantee they will treat you wayy better and charge you A LOT LESS!

I'd first like to say, that the sales center is amazing.
I'd first like to say, that the sales center is amazing. My experience with the sales center was fantastic. On the other hand my experience with the service center of which I have been going to for 3 years. Was terrible today I was told one thing about a price when I went in for my car to be serviced. My service tech Abby then tells me something different once I got there. My car is under warranty so some of my concerns were covered under the warranty others were not so I did not get that work done. Why did I end up having to pay $200 is beyond me. I was absolutely unhappy with the service that I received at the service center. I will no longer come back there and I will definitely not refer anyone there. I hope the $200 that was spent there was worth losing a loyal customer and definitely other referrals that I have sent there.

My experience at Barbera's Autoland was very good.
I just purchased a 2018 Gran Cherokee Limited. I am very pleased with my purchase. The salesman Greg Fischer was very courteous and helpful to me. Barbera's Autoland is the place to go. the atmosphere is very pleasant, all of the staff were very pleasant. Is Barbera the best, boy I guess.

I am loving my 2021 Nissan Rogue sport my salesman was Otis I made plenty of other friends like Leroy some of that Financial staff came out and laughed and joke with us while we were being processed although I was in very serious pain with the leg injury these guys took care of me very well and gave me a shirt to boot and a picture had a blast thanks for your time professionalism hospitality and humor and for getting me back on the road

Horrible Experience
Bought a car with a co-signer with perfect credit. Took home the car then the dealership demanded the car back within a week. Told loan was no longer approved.
