From start to finish the process was great.

From start to finish the process was great. Neal worked to get me the best deal and the car I wanted! I would not go to anyone else. The place was clean offers snacks and water while there. Great vibes and great deals I love spinning the prize wheel!

I’ve been dealing with Pacifico ford for many years now. I have zero complaints. The customer service is always great. Megan was easy to work with and really helped me with every question I had. Also, Michael Palermo from the service department has always been great to me, very professional. I would recommend Pacifico Ford to friends and family.

Megan was extremely helpful helping me setup test drives

Megan was extremely helpful helping me setup test drives for two different vehicles until I ultimately decided which one to purchase. Michael Palermo Jr in service helped answer my questions about warranty options aswell as helping with my old vehicle. All staff were friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend Pacifico as a place to purchase a new or used vehicle.

I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle, and an

I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle, and an absolutely AWFUL experience when it came time to follow-up about a warranty/repair issue with the car. I'd go so far as to say that it ranks as one of the worst all time customer service experiences I've ever had. A very unfortunate situation, and I have since found a new Ford dealership to call home! To make matters even worse, I've been spammed NON stop by AI chat bots in text and email messages, which I had to actively remove from my contacts list(s). An absolutely AWFUL experience.
