Great service, very friendly delaership

We actually enjoyed the car buying experience here. We were buying a used car, (not a Honda) but still found our salesman to be very knowledgeable about the car we eventually purchased and very pleasant and easy to work with. In fact everyone in the dealership we dealt with was great. The price we paid for our car was reasonable - very competitive based on comparisons with other listing. The car was ready for pick up on schedule and in beautiful condition. Even though the dealership is an hour away from our home, we would absolutely go back there to purchase a car again.

Best Ever

Best experience ever for purchasing a new car. Salesman and Manager were professional and went over and above assisting me in selecting my car. I couldn't have been assisted any better.

Purchase of Honda CRV

I had a great experience buying my Honda CRV from JL Freed. John Szyszko was good to deal with. John was knowledgeable on the vehicles we looked at and listened to us. His no pressure approach combined with an ability to connect were keys for our decision. Price is important, but we chose John & JL Freed because we were not pressured and no attempts were made to upsell on another vehicle model. This occurred at every other dealer we shopped. We asked for quotes at other dealers and could never get a total price or received a quote that included CRV models that were above our request. It took me three attempts with one dealer to get "the total price." I kept getting the monthly payment amount or base price without options I requested. Frustrating. With John the sales process was clear and linear. Consumers are more educated than ever and JL Freed gets that.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Do not take your car to this Honda Dealership. They will pull the old bait and switch trick. They send you coupons to get you into the dealership and then charge you an arm and a leg if you want your car back. The customer service on the phone and in the service center is extremely poor. Please save your time, energy, money, and go to a different dealership.

Great buying experience

A few days before Christmas I bought a 2015 Honda Accord Sport for my grandson. I cannot say enough as to how I was treated as a customer at J. L. Freed Honda. From the time I walked in the door everyone I met was friendly and helpful. I was referred to this dealership by a trusted friend who was a repeat customer. He told me to ask for a Salesman by the name of Geoff Smith. Geoff was a great salesman and a top notch human being! I very much enjoyed this buying experience. Could not be happier with the car!

Great experience

I just purchased a 2017 CR-V from JL Freed. This is my 2nd purchase from this dealer, the last was roughly 10 years ago. The salesman, John, was fantastic. He was very low pressure, accommodating, kind, and thorough. I would certainly recommend John to anyone looking to purchase a car.

"good purchace experience"

This is the second purchase I made in 4 months from JL Freed. My first purchase was a used vehicle for my daughter back in September. My second purchase was a 2017 Honda Ridgeline. The whole car buying experience was pleasant. The salesman John Szyszko made the process of purchasing these vehichles a positive experience.

Very friendly and thorough new purchase experience

We recently purchased a 2017 Honda Pilot. Everyone was very friendly. Our sales person, John Szyszko was attentive and nice throughout the entire process. The offer was very competitive, John was extremely knowledgeable about all of the options with the Pilot and followed up quickly on all of our questions. We would highly recommend this dealership and John.
