I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to purchase

I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to purchase the exact car I wanted. David Cha was and still is being very helpful as we adjust to the technology of our new car.

The dealership was nice, clean and everyone was very

The dealership was nice, clean and everyone was very friendly! I also really like how easy the drive up service center is. David made the experience and process very easy to follow along with and was extremely thorough and patient with me while i made my decision. i appreciate how he took the time to show me all the features on my honda and is very quick to answer any and all questions i have!

Good experience.

Good experience. I had a need for an unusually quick deal, and David and the team were able to pull it off for me. This is the 3rd Honda vehicle we've bought at JL Freed, and their service is always very good.

Great experience at JL Freed Honda. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive to questions. My experience with David Cha was top notch. He worked diligently to help settle the payoff on the car I was trading in and was extremely helpful in helping me find the new car I wanted with the right packages / features and we were able to quickly work out a great deal. Finding a new car in this market is no small task and he was able to quickly deliver me a great new Accord. A great communicator and a very nice guy. A great dealer experience.

Tom was the sales person that I needed. I had an idea of...

Tom was the sales person that I needed. I had an idea of what type of vehicle I wanted but wasn't set on a specific manufacturer. Tom was willing to show me what they had on the lot and test drive various styles as well as same style different year. On the test drives Tom informed me of the specs but was never pushy and always asked what my thoughts and opinions were and always checked in to see what I valued in a car. Being a young female I felt intimidated going car shopping solo but not once did Tom talk to me in a manner that made me feel as if I was out of my element. Not feeling pressured and being able to take my time and reach my own conclusion is what I needed; if you need that too then I highly recommend making an appointment with Tom.
