Great service.

Sending me an email reminder for the 15,000 mile checkup was helpful. Making the appt. was easy. Dropped the car off the night before and it was done when they said it would be.

Helpful Service Rep.

It was discovered that my car needed new tires due to a ply-seperation on one tire. Bob was very helpful in choosing new tires and getting them installed on the same day. Thank you

Quality customer service!

I purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer at the end of May. I received impeccable help from a salesman, Mark Dunyak. I will be going back to John Kennedy for years to come!

Great service

Dealership was recommended by family member-I contacted them several months before purchase thru Costco program and was hooked up with sales. Persons involved were helpful and helped me decide on my vehicle. Everything was ready as stated when I came to pick up my vehicle several days later. The paperwork and everything involved in transaction was smooth and efficient. Have recommended dealership to others.

Great service on my car needs

Called Service Department from my location in Newark, DE about a bulge in my tire. Advised to bring the car in and they asked me the tire type so that they could order it. Notified me en route that they could get the tire today. Advised to drive safely and go direct to the service department when I arrived in Phoenixville. When I arrived, Mike told me that they had the tire - one hour after I first called him. Tire was put on in record time. Very happy with the experience.He said I might get a call from Allstate about the tire claim since I have a tire warranty insurance purchased when I bought the car.
