Richard Von Braun was the sales person, Excellent and honest sales person, I bought a used 2020 lexus ES 300 hybrid, I bought it online and fully trusted the information from Richard, He was always available to answer all questions, very helpful with all documents and the most honest knowledgeable Lexus sales person I have had. I will fully recommend buying cars from him anytime.

David Jensen.

David Jensen..... I have been going to this Dealership for Service for a number of Years. This weekend I bought a car with the great help of David Jensen as there were two cars available I was interested in. We asked to see 3 cars and David was right away getting them for us to see and to test drive. David Jensen is beyond professional and kind and responsive and only said "we want you to be happy." With a family of 5 also, he kindly said "the size of the vehicle matters for most comfort" and we did select the larger vehicle. He also followed up with us the next day to remind us on what we still needed to provide and greated me with a smile and kindness when I dropped the items in the next day. Joon Shin, the finance manager, was receptive and did everything that he could to make us happy with the financing! The sales manager introduced himself with grace and friendliness My service gentleman, Jace, was thorough and very respectful as I began to get involved with David Jensen. I love the video that is sent to you with commentary from the service technician. Jace was considerate and just texted me that my Lexus was ready.... He didn't want to disrupt and was amazing and checked me out when I ready to do so. He walked out to give me my keys so I would be free to go when I was ready. T. Rogers

We worked with KC Martin, who was knowledgable, personable and patient. When we informed him of our vehicle needs, he knew which models would best suit us. He was very knowledgable about all of the vehicles we viewed and test-drove. He was personable with us and our 7-year-old daughter, keeping her engaged and getting her feedback on the features and items she liked. He was available both days of our shopping experience and even came in on his day off when we took ownership of the vehicle, as there was some confusion among the various departments. Great experience!

In 2024 we bought a car at Bell Lexus from Jacob

In 2024 we bought a car at Bell Lexus from Jacob Schilling. He was very friendly and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable about the Lexus hybrid sedan lineup. Helped us find the right size car for our needs. The whole car buying experience was great. Earlier this month when we decided to also get a hybrid SUV, we went back to Jacob. Another great experience and another great vehicle. I highly recommend Jacob. He is enthusiastic and invested in his profession. Bell Lexus takes care of its customers. The sales professionals, the technology specialists and the service consultants have been happy to help every time we have gone in. Even for small questions. My husband and I look forward to a long relationship with Bell Lexus and the people that work there

July 8, 2025 I came into Bell Lexus for an oil change and

July 8, 2025 I came into Bell Lexus for an oil change and 20,000 service. After check in with my service consultant DN came back into the service area after tagging my car and his first words were "BAD NEWS". (Let the up selling begin!!) He said I needed four new tires as the tires I have were the "worst tires ever made". The original OE Michelin tire only had 21181 miles on them. D wanted me to buy a Goodyear tire which would have cost me around $1700 + $200 + for an alignment for over $2000. I indicated that while I was waiting, I was going to contact Lexus North American for help. He said in his 13 years at Bell Lexus, Lexus NA never helps. As a 30-year Lexus owner I indicated they had helped me several times and they specked the current tire and are responsible. I contacted Lexus NA. After a long conversation they indicated they would help with the cost but wanted me to contact Michelin. After another long conversation with Michelin they wanted a tire inspection and to talk to D. He did the inspection. Michelin offer me a 65% off on a new set of tires if I bought a Michelin, Uniroyal or BF Goodrich and recommended the Michelin Defender 2 for my vehicle. D then said he would order my tires but he could only get the Michelin Premier because Bell Lexus belongs to a Tire Cabal and that is all they offer. Why would I put the same crappy tires on my vehicle that only lasted 21181 miles? I talked to SO. Service manager and confirmed all of this. Discount Tires put on 4 Michelin Defender 2 tires, did all the claim paperwork, and did an alignment which D told me they didn't do and I would need to come back to Bell Lexus for an alignment. Four new tires + alignment and windshield wipers at Discount Tires with help from Michelin and Lexus NA cost me $234.24 not the $2000+ Bell Lexus was going to charge. I got no help from D just misinformation about Lexus NA, Michelin and Discount Tires. Avoid Bell Lexus at all costs. I do not buy my cars from them because of high prices and poor customer service.
