Myself, my husband and two kids came in the evening to trade in a vehicle and get a newer safer vehicle for our family. We had been looking around (for a certain car) and also visited another dealer in the area (Savage Dodge). All I can say is Outten dodge surpassed all my expectations!! They were very friendly, yet professional. Everyone worked together very nicely to get us the car we wanted quickly (since we had the two kids w us). It impressed me is that everyone stayed late (which I felt very bad about) but no one complained. We also didn't have to "haggle" with anyone! They got us what we wanted, and then some. We didn't have to ask for the extra things, they worked with us and the banks, to get us all that we hoped for. I would definitely recommend this dealer to everyone, and I would love to deal with them again!! Thanks SO much!! I would also like to give credit to two other men, one of which was new (Bruno not sure of last name) but his friendly/honest personality is the reason why we came back to purchase our vehicle w/ Outten. i had a wonderful experience ,tom regis was an outstanding salesman, and got the best deal on a trade in.. autumn sweeny in service ,and jeremy sutton my technican do a wonderful job and i never in my life ever trusted a service dept. as much as i do outten.

Moved to Schuylkill County from Miami Beach, Florida in November 2012. Purchased a 2012 Chrysler 200 S before moving from a dealer in Florida who could not correct the issue of the vehicle pulling to the right on a vehicle with just 53 miles on it in October 2012. Brought it over to Outten Chrysler after moving in November after moving and presented my concerns to Gary who took care of the problem 100% and could not believe a selling dealer could not see the obvious alignment problem with the vehicle. Took care of it at no charge to me. On a second occasion, I brought the vehicle for PA State Inspection, which was performed at no charge. They also performed a TSB for the transmission shifting points at my request (Which was denied at Bob Weavers Chrysler, they stated my vehicle did not need it without even checking the current software) which improved shifting in my vehicle. I can honestly say that when it comes to new car stores they tend to charge more than an independent repair shop. But the red carpet customer service I was offered at this location will keep me coming back for years for all my vehicle maintenance. I don't mind paying a little more when I receive such high level of attention to detail. I am extremely satisfied and would recommend this location to any Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/RAM customer. My 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 was in for the first service and everyone from the salesman who sold me the truck to the service attendant and the entire staff were very helpful and very friendly, and even though I purchased a used truck I was treated like a VIP, they could not do enough for me. Most dealers would have given me a sub-compact car to use but not Outten, I was given a fairly new Chrysler 200 that was loaded, the people that work there are fantastic and the dealer service was second to none!! If you need a vehicle I highly recommend the Outten family of Dealerships, you will not get a better deal and you will not get better service anywhere else, this will be the ONLY dealer I do business with ever again!!!

Bret Bair went out of his way to accomadate me, the truck I wanted was only recently traded so they only had time to service it and so he got them to give it a quick clean for me to drive it home! The best part is he is getting a full recon done for me since they didn't have the proper time to turn it around, this dealership is filled with great people and Bret is one of the best, ask for him when you need a new vehicle!!!

Bought a truck there three weeks ago..didn't even make first payment..took it to get checked today cuz windshield is rattling..guy checks it and said the one side rattles more than the other but its not covered under your warrenty so u have to pay to get it fixed..Really becuz I just bought it and u sold it to me with a bad windshield so I have to pay for it....this place is a joke

The whole experience was awesome and better then what i expected.Robert and Bobby did a unbelievable job with my financing since other dealers couldn't come thru for us.I would highly recommend to anybody to give Outten first chances on buying a new car especially if they have less than perfect credit.I know i will be back!! Wow - this is strict! Although the duration of our visit was quite lengthy, the result (getting a very good deal on an awesome jeep via a wonderful salesman) was very much worth it:)
