Poor follow up after vehicle purchase on “I owe you” that was insisted by dealer to pay for (window tint). Ended up asking for a refund on windows tint.

Disappointed
Made an appointment for my vehicle, then engine light came on. Now told it will take 2 to 3 weeks before it can even be looked at. I have a full time job. Insurance won't give rental until diagnose is complete. Neither will the dealership give a loaner until diagnosis is done. Augh!!! Extremely upset, called GM and DM no return call AT ALL!!!

Ordered a new truck which required $1000 deposit.
Ordered a new truck which required $1000 deposit. Truck came in 8 months later. Traded in a Traverse when we picked up the truck. Payoff for the Traverse was delayed because they lost the $1000 deposit. Traverse payoff is approaching 30 days late. Too much to write, but a horrible experience and it’s still not resolved!
