Big thanks to Berto and Jairus! From the moment I submitted my online inquiry Berto reached out directly and got the ball rolling. Jairus got me started with the deposit for my truck and they both kept in constant communication with me giving me updates. Once in the showroom, Berto was friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. Let?s not forget patient! The truck I reserved didn?t quite suit me and Berto helped locate a suitable replacement from a sister store and secured it! Never once did I feel pressured to buy, but rather, felt like they?re truly cared about getting me something I was happy with. Jairus was my go to guy for all questions and concerns I had about the process. Coming back into the showroom Jairus was there every step of the way. Even when I noticed a price discrepancy, he brought it over to Carmen and they got me squared away! Jairus kept us company and even washed my wife?s car while we waited to meet with Robert for financing. Top notch! Robert was also a pleasure to work with even though he had some printer issues. The GM even stepped in to diagnose the printer problem ?. A lot of places can talk a good game, but these guys and gals follow through all while making buying a car easy and much less stressful. Never did I feel I was being sold a car, more like buying from a friend. Without a doubt, I?m planning on buying from this Autonation team again!

David was super responsive and very helpful. I had been searching for a particular Cadillac and AutoNation got one in on a trade, I pounced on it. I live 2.5 hours away. I reached out online and David responded immediately. He sent me dozens of pictures. Answered all of my questions. We worked through all of the details of the deal before I ever hit the highway and once I arrived, everything we discussed was in place. Honest communication and great service! Would absolutely do business with them again!

Bought a used 2018 Kia Sportage in February 2022.
Bought a used 2018 Kia Sportage in February 2022. I found the vehicle online and completed the interest form. Branden Barger reached out immediately to confirm the vehicle was still available and sent vehicle brochure information. He was extremely helpful and answered my numerous questions. This included him personally going out to the vehicle to take a picture of the Apple Carplay, which was vital to my decision. He recommended I come in for a test drive but was not pushy about it. He was reasonable and provided as much information as he could. I've been looking at vehicles for several months and finally purchased at AutoNation because Branden was pleasant and was willing to help within his limitation. I really appreciated his help!

No one in service dept fixed my concerns or seemed
No one in service dept fixed my concerns or seemed knowledgeable about vehicles. Was told to come back another time but no follow up appt was made for me. Really bad for a dealership. Brand new truck but drove out with same problems it came in with.
