I was greeted by very friendly and profession sale staff. I felt no pressure what so ever, as I took my time inspecting the truck I was interested in. They answered all questions accurately and respectfully. Not once did I catch them B.S.-ing me in this transaction! They took my offers seriously and they work hard to meet my terms. In the end the whole transaction was pleasant and professional. And I drove away happy comfortable with the terms of my new truck! Many Thanks!

I had to have my car towed and that is very stressful.

I had to have my car towed and that is very stressful. Rustin assured me he would let me know when my car was delivered. He did immediately and kept me informed every step in the service. I asked him to rotate the tires since it was already there and he did it! Great Job Rustin

Had to bring the truck in because the seal around the

Had to bring the truck in because the seal around the front light was coming out. They told me it was a factory seal and they normally fall out or come out before being sold.

My service Manager is Sara Vance, as a single woman I really appreciate having another woman to deal with who doesn’t talk down to me and explains everything that needs to be done, especially what needs to be done now and what can be put off later. I have a lot of people who tell me I should not be going to the dealer now that my car is out of its factory warranty, that they are too expensive, but I trust this dealership and will continue bringing my car to them for service.

Autonation Nissan Tempe is so great with customer

Autonation Nissan Tempe is so great with customer service. Mike and Brandy sat down with me and opened their hearts to my situation. I feel that I have received the best care and deal. They helped me trade in my car, and receive the new Nissan Pathfinder Rock creek. Low payment, and positive equity in the new vehicle. Although our car was kept for 8 days (much to my chagrin)

Although our car was kept for 8 days (much to my chagrin) due to a delayed part order, Rustin Owens kept us appraised of the status of the part delivery and when the car would be ready. Aside and apart from the work being performed on our Nissan Murano, the mechanic strongly recommended to Rustin that we replace an air intake boot however, I declined due to price of the part and our sense of urgency in getting our car back. When I went to pick up the car, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Rustin had taken the initiative, expensed the intake boot and had it installed as a courtesy and, I suspect, as a way of appeasing us due to the length of time our car was in the shop. This was above and beyond what I would have ever expected from a service advisor from any dealership! This kind act has earned our repeat business.

Brought my vehicle in for a check of an issue with

Brought my vehicle in for a check of an issue with overheating. My advisor never really contacted me and sent me vague text messages about the issue and quoted an astronomical price for a replacement of a cooling fan. When i went back to the shop to meet him, he was not there and instead closed out the file. Like, o.k. That was pretty presumptive. The main issues are: The replacement part was about $100 more than if I bought it ala carte. O.k. Whatever. However the amount of time quoted to do the work was 4 hours when dealer guides for this replacement were only an hour and a half. When i spoke to other shops, they laughed at a 4 hour work order time for replacing a fan. It’s a shame, really. I had a great experience with this place before but it seems like they are fine losing service customers in favor of warranty work, which nets better profits for the shop. Anyway, what a bummer. Also, if my advisor wasn’t so disconnected and would have given me at least a rational explanation, you wouldn’t be reading this. So yeah, do your homework on this place.
