I had an excellent experience with all the faces of the sale, great job every body
New car purchase
I went in detailing what I was looking for and Jake provided just that. Was respectful by not pushing anything on me I did not want! Ensured that my requests were met. Patient in giving me the time I needed to make decisions without interjecting and trying to ?make a sale?. He was informative and answered any questions sincerely. Great salesman by not being the stereo typical salesman! Would work with Jake again if looking for another vehicle.

Best experience I had at a dealership. Jake Lau really showed me that there are sales people who really care about their customers. If anyone wants a knowledgeable and helpful person showing them a used or new car, I would recomment him a million times over! The other employees were just as helpful. Terry, the financing person was incredible. He made signing loan papers an enjoyable experience (which we all know is very hard to do). You will know what I mean when you go get your new car at Autonation Tempe. Thanks guys for everything!
