Not Auto Nation Nissan

5 hour wait I came in for an oil change. My advisor recommended getting my coolant change and I agreed. I didn't know it would take 5 hours- so ridiculous. I had also been waiting for 1.5 years sor a replacement part. I need a rental, covered on my extended warranty. So many unanswered calls and texts. Reached out to East Valley Nissan, theu had my problem taken care of within the week. Save yourself time and look else where- so disappointed. I'll be making the extra drive to East Valley Nissan now. Derrick, Sara, and Amanda were no help!
