Configured deal online for a specific car. Shared numerous text, emails and even a phone call with the sales manager and salesman. Made it very clear I was only interested in that particular car. Paul (sales) was solid in every way...didn't push, lightly nudged...pointed out everything we needed to know to make our decision easier. Shannon (customer satisfaction liason?) was amazing. She made sure that all of our expectations were met, looked into a slight delay for us & followed up ASAP with answers to my questions. Fantastic experience!
