Joe made the transaction easy on the day we were in town and even made sure a recall was taken care of while we did all the financing. Not pushy, just relaxed and confident in what they do. Great 1 hour and 15-minute service on my 2019 Honda CRV and all was completed in a friendly, professional manner. Mike Culbertson was beyond 5 Star in his handling of my car's service needs and his positive manner of communicating with me. He is a great listener and all of my questions were answered in a manner that showed he truly cared about me as a customer.
