AutoNation Honda Chandler

Took my car in for oil change plus the multipoint checked. They checked me in on time and I was out in an hour.

I made the appointment last week for an oil change and faulty locking mechanism on my civic. The oil change was done in 45 minutes. But they couldn’t get to the locking mechanism until at least 2:00 this appointment was at 8:20 a.m. I would have had to wait. So now I have to schedule another appointment for next week in Chandler.

I went in today for my 60,000 routine maintenance service. I was fortunate enough to have Joe K as my service advisor. He was smart, funny and well informed on what was needed on my car. This is my third vehicle than I’ve brought into AutoNation Honda and I’ll continue to bring them back. Thank you Joe and the rest of the amazing team!!
