Roger was a no pressure sales representative that was really funny in a dad joke kind of way. He was straight forward and a pleasure to work with. Although I didn’t finance, the closing was simple and prompt. I was in an out with test drive, purchase decision and closing in less then 2.5 hours. As far as a car buying experience goes, it was a good experience

Told 1 1/2 hour for oil/lube job and free safety inspection. Done in an hour and very reasonably priced $81.00). First time customers. Very nice lounge facilities with free coffee etc kids play area etc. Also toured show room and Sales Representative Telly took the time to answer all our questions on the new Pilot even though we explained we were Canadian and would not be buying in US. One chance to make a first impression and Gilbert Honda’s was excellent!

Tom is very good at his job and treated us well. The job was finished exactly when he said it would be.
