Greetings all - 5 Star addendum! Dealership’s are only as efficient as the people providing the services. If the advisor has integrity it’s likely good service follows. My repair experience hit a snag in the practice of service integrity. I wasn’t impressed with the mechanics I depended on, so I brought my concerns to the express service manager who took over my account. He is Daniel Beffel (ESM). Daniel immediately stepped in to preserve my expectations of the Honda way, Daniel Beffel presents himself as a man of personal integrity, and genuine honesty and clearly went above the benchmarks set by Honda to ensure any previous issues were addressed, and further services would meet Honda’s criteria for excellence. Daniel’s attitude and determination are note worthy of the highest marks in customer care. He’ll make a great director for someone like Honda. A rock star! Customers depend on the integrity of their service advisors to provide honest feedback and recommendations for any repairs - bad advising cannot be tolerated Customer care equals good customer service for a trustworthy outcome, not customer service SALES that puts profit before customers. We aren’t piggy banks. Mr. Daniel Beffel is a genuine Honda part in customer care - a future director of Honda forward thinking in preserving the Honda image. Outstanding service Daniel! You bring great credit upon yourself, and to the over all Honda community - Job well done! Shoutout to Honda Technician Doug for getting the repairs done Honda Right! He was the fourth technician to work on my Pilot because I lost trust in the previous three..Daniel understood my concerns and hand picked the technician he felt would meet my expectations. Parts Department - Brett In addition to this review I’d be remiss not to include the stand alone parts department personnel. Day time - Brett is the man! He compliments the Honda team with high marks, and always met my expectations in parts department service. He’s truly knowledgeable on parts, and committed to meeting the customer’s needs. To Brett’s credit, he exhibits genuine compassion when communicating with customers, and he’s easy to work with. Thank you Mr. Brett!

We had to have our 2017 Acura MDX oil change due to

We had to have our 2017 Acura MDX oil change due to availability. The car had an oil smell after service was accomplished elsewhere. We brought the MDX to AutoNation where Nathan Laurianti had the car inspected for any issues. Thankfully, no issues were found any we were not charged for the inspection. It is customer service like this that will have us return! Thank you! Scott Woodard

I really liked the way Zach, Telly and Bryonna handled my

I really liked the way Zach, Telly and Bryonna handled my case. They offered me very good deal which I could not take my eyes off. After I accepted the deal they were very cooperative and guided me through complete buying process. This is my first car in USA and I thank all three of them to make me comfortable with this buying process which is new to me.
