Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff from front desk to finance, Long Nguyen, our sales associate, explained everything and answered all questions or got the correct answer if he wasn’t sure. Trevor in finance explained all details of our sale so we knew exactly what we were getting. Great experience all the way around.

I am very pleased with my experience at AutoNation Honda

I am very pleased with my experience at AutoNation Honda Chandler. Alberto wasn't pushy at all and genuinely wanted me to receive the best service possible. He went above and beyond to take care of my Honda. After his work, I feel like I am driving a new car. I highly recommend doing your car service here if you want a more relaxed, hassle-free experience.

The purchase of our 2025 Civic on 3/1/25 was great.

The purchase of our 2025 Civic on 3/1/25 was great...smooth sailing and satisfied...your Internet sales Manager promised my wife with my daughter present a sun shade for the front window...the following is the reason for the 2 star rating...followed up a few days later, my wife was told shade coming by UPS...again a few days later calls were not returned...received an email from Alfred asking about questions we may have with the vehicle on 3/26/25...emailed back 3/29/25 that we were disappointed that no sunshade yet...no response back...this is not satisfactory customer service...promises not met... Mike DeMasi

They were the best Dealership that I had been too.
