AMAZING Experience

I have bought cars before at different dealerships, but NEVER had such a smooth, and amazing experience like this before. I reserved to see a car at Honda that I was interested in. After reservation, the customer service communication was excellent. I came in and immediately was shown the car that I liked, and did a test drive. I was very interested for this Honda, and worked with James V. He was amazing, courteous, informative and honest. The finance dept was amazing as well. They explained all my terms and options to best fit what I wanted. I drove off with my car in about 2 hours. I can say I will buy ANY future cars from this dealership, the Team here is 5 Stars for SURE.

My experience working with the AutoNation Honda Chandler...

My experience working with the AutoNation Honda Chandler team was a less than desirable experience and very disappointing. I had a good experience upfront working with my sales guy, however, confirmed the date and time to pick up my car and when I arrived my car was in Tucson (confirmed that evening in their system) and my sales guy was on vacation. There was no record of my appointment to pick up my car, every associate I interacted with acted as if I was the biggest inconvenience and no one wanted to assist with the issue. The sales manager stepped in and said that due to the miscommunication they would throw in some extra things for my car. Additionally, he asked me to reach out to him directly via text the next morning and he would take care of things ASAP. I did as he asked, and with no word by noon followed up and he said he hadn't had time to take care of things with my car yet. After reaching out consistently, it wasn't until 2:30 pm that we received an update that that car "just arrived in Tucson that morning" and they were sending the sales guy to get it. Moreover, that they were going back on their word and not providing any of the additional things they promised me. As I continued to work with the sales manager he essentially extended apologies and told me to just work with the sales guy. We had a similar experience when speaking with a director who said that sales guys shouldn't confirm anything without the car physically being on the lot and that the sales manager shouldn't have promised us anything free because that's "not their style". Even with documentation of correspondence they continued to push us aside and it was blatantly obvious that they do not care about their customers in any capacity, nor are they willing to work with them. I was told I would be connected to the GM and left a voicemail regarding my concerns and whether I wanted to proceed with their dealership or not. I never received a call back with the errors in miscommunication coming from their employees. Due to my experience, I went to Showcase Honda in downtown Phoenix and it was worth the drive even though I live in Gilbert! Excellent customer service, they gave me a better price, and were willing to work with me. After going back and forth with AutoNation Honda Chandler for almost 3 weeks, I was in and out with my car in 24 hours with Showcase Honda!

2016 Hyundai Accent

I showed up rather late in the day looking to check out a particular vehicle, and they were very patient and helpful in explainitng the parts of the purchase process I didnt fully understand. I also emailed them a couple days after with additional questions, and they were more than helpful answering those.

First new car

As a woman going car shopping for the first time, I was nervous and had prepared for an uncomfortable experience. Eddie made me feel comfortable right away and I never felt any pressure by him. Gregg was also excellent to work with. I left with my new car that day and didn't regret anything. I was there for 4.5 hours.

Customer service was great they were very helpful and understanding. Picking a car can be a process and finding the right one only comes with great help and support. Corey C. is awesome!

I recently purchased a new Ridgeline from Corey C. at AutoNation chandler and it was the best vehicle buying experiences I have had. I filled out their online from and was greeted by a nice call from Corey, he was quickly able to find the vehicle I was looking for and set up an appointment for me to come check it out. When I arrived, he was waiting with the truck pulled up for me and showed me around, he was very knowledgeable about the different trims and was able to show me the others to compare. Once I made a choice the buying process was super quick/enjoyable, and I was able to leave within 30-40 mins. Tanner in finance was a rad dude with his bean bag toss game and we enjoyed our time together on the phone with my bank and the afterhours fraud squad. I ordered some OEM accessories and they were able to get them installed quickly after leaving the truck there for the weekend. Corey kept me updated through the whole process and messaged me when everything was ready. I also met up with Zach B #1 to take delivery of the vehicle (not the #2 Zach) and he was super pumped about the truck and showed me around. Thanks to everyone at AutoNation Chandler for making this super easy and enjoyably experience, I def would recommend anyone to check this place out if they are looking for a new Honda.
