Scott, Service Advisor, was very nice and professional. He explained cost and quote very well. Windows and moon roof were left open when I drove off. Lounges were "ok". After purchasing nibs, vending machine spit out three gold dollar coins. So I guess all in all everything was fine.

Service ran a tad bit over the estimate given (only about 30 minutes), but it was still exceptionally priced and the delay was well communicated. I appreciate that they didn't push any upsells, even though the inspection showed a couple things we'd need to tend to soon. Setting the appointment via a call was easy and everyone that we interacted with from that phone call to walking out the door were incredibly polite. This was the first time we've used Autonation Honda of Chandle for service, and they've made a repeat customer for sure!
