We were greeted promptly by him and he was familiar with why we were there and immediately asked if there was anything else we needed to have looked at. My normal service advisor Michael Culbertson turn me over to David Nagel who did just as good as job as Michael does. I was in and out very quickly today for service. Would recommend them to anybody driving a Honda.

Great dealership. Excellent at reminding me of my appointment. Mike is the best service rep I have worked with so far. Very professional, honest, knowledgeable, efficient, and takes time to cover everything with me. He obviously loves his job and as a customer, I appreciate him.

Today I was faced with a recall part not being available for my appointment. This apparently was caused by a third party. The general manager and my service adviser found a solution to this problem, for which I was very grateful.
