2 recent purchases with AutoNation, one with Toyota and

2 recent purchases with AutoNation, one with Toyota and now with this Honda location. I've previously bought 4-5 cars from them but it's been several years and in that timeframe, they went form an easy to work with dealership to a company I want nothing to do with. Everything about them is over complicated and even the sales reps complained and acknowledged the issues.

I made a last-minute decision to attempt to trade my

I made a last-minute decision to attempt to trade my truck in, not hopeful that anybody at the dealership would be able to pull it off due to the amount that I owed, as well as no money down. Rodney was able to do that! He was excellent, easy to communicate with, Respected my time, I didn’t get the typical car salesman run around from him. It was more personal and definitely appreciated! I have been trying to trade my truck in for 1.5 years and nobody has been able to pull off a deal that was too good to walk away from!👏🏼

A heartfelt thank you to Dallee Cornwell and your tech

A heartfelt thank you to Dallee Cornwell and your tech for your recent work to my Honda Civic. The ac quit working. It wasn't covered under the factory extended warranty. I purchased the car from Carmax. It was covered under my warranty but Carmax wouldn't fix it. Dallee stepped up and handled the Carmax warranty (third party) and got the work done astonishingly fast!! Ac works perfect! My only regret is that i wish I had purchased my Honda from automation! Thanks again, Paul Dodane.

Got in as scheduled. Estimated time was 3 hours or so. Decided to go home and was called mid afternoon to pick it up. No issues
