Autonation Honda Chandler is our trusted dealership and servicing our vehicles. Kyle has been our go to service advisor but for some reason his name no longer is showing in the available service advisor in the web. Kyle is straightforward about the needs of our vehicle and is very considerate. Updated: 09/26 I have the biggest stress of my life right now when I traded in my 2020 Honda Civic to a used 2020 Honda Odyssey when not even 24 hours the AC was blowing hot air, rear vents are not working, plus the helicopter sound in the driver’s seat. I texted all these concerns to the sales agent, Joaquin and was told that the car has passed inspection and nothing wrong with it. I brought it back to the dealership twice in one day for the same concern but I am just very thankful to MORGAN, our service advisor, who not only took care of our car issue effectively but went above and beyond her ability to assist us with a loaner vehicle with a sense of urgency. Thank you, Morgan! By the way, Morgan is a she. 😁 09/27 We finally traded our odyssey to a brand new vehicle. I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from AutoNation Honda Chandler. I love my new CRV!! TJ. Is amazing! He's been our salesman everytime. TJ kept me updated daily on the pending arrival of my new CRV. He is very easy to work with and makes sure process is seamless. I live 175 miles from AutoNation Honda Chandler, but choose to drive the distance to do business with them, because I know the experience will be great and my expectations will be exceeded.

We have a great experience in AutoNation Honda Chandler. We got 2 lease cars for my twin daughters. From Mr Rodney Gilbert in the sales dept. to Kyle Gustafson in the financial dept. , they made the process very professional and efficient. We definitely recommend them.

I was able to park and walk around the lot for a couple of minutes to check out the stock. Dave, the sales representative, greeted me and asked me if I had any questions. It was a nice conversation with no immediate pressure to buy. We took my new CR-V for a test drive, and I really liked it. Once we got back, we went in and discussed some options and they appraised my car quickly, without holding it hostage, (you know how some dealers like to hold your keys). My trade value was very good, they worked on the pricing to get my payments where I needed them and gave me the exact deal I was looking for. I was not in a rush, so I scheduled pick-up for the following day, and they were more than happy to accommodate this. The following day I arrived after work, we had the preliminary papers signed in a matter of minutes, I got my insurance transferred over and then it was time to see the financing representative, Kyle. Kyle was also very professional and no nonsense. He presented the additional products and we discussed them without any tremendous pressure to purchase anything in particular. We signed all those goodies and by the time I walked out the door, Dave was outside putting the plates on my new car. I know that is sort of a long review, but I wanted to emphasize that I was well-treated and well cared for the entire time. It was a no pressure sales experience, and they bent over backwards to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I cannot recommend AutoNation Honda Chandler highly enough.
