Glad to have received a fast service. Made appointment on line and was honored after I was upset with service advisor . However the service advisor (Scott) lacks customer support for not understanding what I was saying. Was referred to Steve, who knew exactly why I went to see him he right away advised me the car is being worked on now. So bottom line is be a bit nice(Scott), don’t make the customer upset. I am looking foward to purchasing a newer Honda there soon. Thanks for the prompt service as well.
