I just love this dealership. I bought a car at Liberty Buick. And I couldn't be happier with the experience as well as the car. And not to say that there wasn't a few problems with the experience but Justin Sgro and JJ stepped up to the plate and solved the problems. They went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier. Also gave me another $1000 off due to an unforeseen change in the interest-rate due to my credit score dropping. I drove over 150 miles to do business with them and when I arrived the vehicle was exactly as shown on the Internet. When I arrived the vehicle was parked out front and completely detailed shining new. They save me over $10,000 from a 2015 vehicle to the 2014 they sold me that only had 7000 miles. Charles McDonald was very friendly and helpful on the purchase of our Cadillac SRX in finding just the car equiped with every thing we wanted. He even when the car was delivered to Liberty Buick he delivered it to us in Munds Park, AZ. As in the past Charles goes out of his way to make your purchase very easy and pleasurable. I will always have Charles as my sales person. He is the best.

I was looking for a specific model, color & features. I live in California but found the car I wanted at Liberty Buick in AZ. Danny was great and held the car for us as we needed to fly in on a Friday to pick it up. The dealership is about 30 minutes from the Phoenix airport. They had a car and driver meet us at the airport and then drove us out to the dealership. Top notch care!! The vehicle was parked out front ... Detailed and with a full tank of gas. Took it for a spin and knew it was definitely the car for me. Danny introduced us to the manager, got us something to drink and took care of all of the paperwork. Josh took us through the vehicle and made sure Onstar was active and that we understood how to operate all of the great features. Great experience. Would definitely buy here again.

My husband and I had been dreading the car buying process and had put it off as long as we could.
