Second time my vehicle has gone in for oil change and

Second time my vehicle has gone in for oil change and secondary work. Vehicle pulled off of service order, taken to oil change, which by SVC manager is an hour job then put back at bottom of service order. Vehicle sits untouched for 7 hours until I call about status. They claim to be looked at takes up to 24 hours for diagnosis. This was never mentioned when dropped off at 0730. All I got was excuses and no one would go back to see what was going on due to it only being 15 minutes in service bay. I called at 1500 and truck only made it into service bay at 1530, while I was on the phone trying to to find out status. Got the same run around last time the same issue occured. Customer service I say not.

Had one of the worst experiences at this Ford, I came in

Had one of the worst experiences at this Ford, I came in Because my front tire was making a weird noise and I had addressed that to the advisor, they ended up working on my back tires charging me about $800 to change my back breaks when I didn’t need them changed and now the front tire of my truck is worse and my truck completely stopped working the next day. so I went back to ask them why the noise was still happening on my truck and why they put the back brakes and the manager started being so rude to me Saying it was my fault. She ended up not wanting to help me no more And told me to just take my truck and go. I left feeling shocked and scammed .

The worst experience yet.

The worst experience yet. We agreed on the price/deal. They delivered the car themselves to my home. Next morning, they called and said they cannot honor the deal because they did not know Ford changed the residual value on the lease contracts. And they came to my house the next morning and took the car back. TRULY THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A CAR DEALERSHIP EVER.

Way to go James Poe

My daughter had recently moved to AZ for college and had issues with her braking system. Service advisor James Poe was able to communicate with me across the country and get the repair done almost immediately. Fantastic Job James and technicians. Thank you for helping our family.

Bad service

In 2016 I bought a brand new 2016 for mustang. I have a problem with backup camera not working. They recall I bring back 3 times the problem still not pix. Now they toll me cost 500 to pix the camera. Another problem with leak oil I point out still not pix. The car only 57000 miles I believe this location is not good for business do to bad service . I will file the complaint with consumers service about this place. Hope they can help me with this problem...

Great Dealership- Fantastic salesman

problem with the front left brake

I had a problem with the front left brake on my class A rv. After the service department checked it, they said no problem. After I got it back, the problem is gone.
