Nice place, nice people. They changed the numbers on me two or three times while "making the sale" meaning there was a little bait and switch that I do not appreciate. But in the end I took the deal and I "think" I did not go over 30,000. Which was my limit. But I am not totally confident of that.

Eddie was a great service advisor! Kind, communicative, tried to connect as a person while providing exceptional service for my 2022 Highlander. Waiting area is nice, Mike was great with providing a rental while my car was there for the day.

Terrible experience right up to service director who
Terrible experience right up to service director who never returned my call. Took a whole week to service my truck and then tried to get me to over pay. In addition didn't fix my truck completely and I had to figure out what was wrong. Advisor Shannon was very poor and didn't get call back from manager as requested. I hope this never happens to anyone else. Use to be good but I have to leave this negative as I felt taken advantage of and treated less than a person 11/24/23 Chris Keenan, the service manager, called me back and apologized for the inconvenience and misinformation I received during this last service appointment. He is a great person and I am happy to get everything straightened out by him.

Fair to deal with in reference to new vehicle purchase
Fair to deal with in reference to new vehicle purchase with exception of worthless non negotiable add on items which totaled $1280.00. They're attitude was "take it or don't buy the vehicle, we will sell it to next person waiting in line" F and I person was a "brow beater " , would not take no for an answer . Just got 1st service done , went smoothly .

Phone system is a disaster as it’s almost impossible to talk to a real person about the status of your service repair. Additionally, no one updated me in any way after 3+ hours about what was going on with my car. I had to drive to the dealership and inquire and found out the necessary part was not available until the next day. Totally frustrating experience this last time which generally is not the case with my usual service rep. Someone was filling in for him and wasn’t very good at it.

Lu was absolutely wonderful to work with. We went in for one, ended up with two!! Believe or not….zero pressure sales. He has continued to be super helpful and checks in with us even after the sale, never worked with a salesman that actually cared after paperwork was signed.
