CBB happened to have exactly what I was looking for. Andy insured a streamlined process not only getting me in and out in the new MB on a Saturday afternoon, but also had service teed up to handle a quick tweak on Monday morning. Great job.

My experience with Andy and the rest of the staff was amazing. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase the car, the showed me everything I needed. It was the first car I looked at and the last. Signed the papers (for my first car I might add) that day and took her home!

Jamie was extremely straightforward and very easy to deal with. I flew in from out of town to see and purchase the E550. Jamie met me early in the morning - on his day off. The whole process from start to finish took ninety minutes - including a trip to the bank to collect the check. The only flaw I could find is that the dealership puts a small CBB bumper sticker on the back of the cars they sell. I have yet to figure out how to remove the bumper sticker without damaging the finish of the car. On a high-end Mercedes, a bumper sticker is not exactly part of the package. This is an annoying - and tacky - practice on the part of the dealership. Also, their finance guy's attempted sale of their warranty was heavy handed and pressure filled. I understand their desire to make the sale but they should take the pressure down a notch or two. All this being said, I would purchase from them again but I'd make sure they took the CBB bumped sticker off and I'd skip the part where they apply heavy sales pressure to purchase a warranty.

I had a wonderful experience with Jamie. He was very patient. I didn't feel rushed, or pressured. He is very knowledgeable on all types of vehicles, and answered every question. There is no trying to haggle on prices, it is what it is.. so it's nice avoiding that process entirely. We have bought a total of three cars now from this dealership, and have been very happy. I highly recommend asking for Jamie. If you'd like someone who actually knows what they're talking about, he's your guy.

Barry Bridges gets a five star review from me. And I bet you will give him 5 stars as well. He helped me through the challenges of buying a top quality used car. I bought a 2015 Subaru Outback within two hours of Barry's very professional guidance and experience, a period of time that included a test drive. He knows cars. Besides his years of experience, Barry is very personable and a person who went way out of his way to help me. I had some real logistics problems with turning in my rental car and picking up the dressed Subaru and in order to meet a very tight deadline. It's a good story but I'll just say that he went the extra mile to make it happen for me. Make that two extra miles! I am sure he will do that for you, too. Buying a car is rarely a pleasurable experience, make it one by meeting with Barry Bridges.

I purchased my Chrysler Crossfire from this dealership almost 4 years ago. I have insisted that this car be only serviced by Certified Benz and Beemer. Not only was the sales experience great, but any of the service done to this car was professional and way below any dealership cost. This service department is so great that I have referred my friends that didnt buy a car there to take their auto in just for the wonderful experience with the service provided there. Just recently, I lost my daily driver to an accident was overwhelmed on what car to chose, I contacted Certified Benz and Beemer and was introduced to Blaine Peacock. After listening to me ramble on about not knowing what to even look for, he spent most of the morning showing me an assortment of cars. After listening to my reaction to each auto being shown, he was able to narrow it down to a choice of 2 very worthy and reasonable autos. I came away with a really great condition 2007 Lexus that is just what I would never have thought of on my own. AND, it was much less expensive than many of the used cars on other dealership lots. My years dealing with his dealership has only proved that this is the only place to buy a great used car. And the only place that my cars will be serviced from now on.
