Don't buy from this dealer

This dealership rips people off, especially senior citizens. They tell you that you are getting accessories on your car, and never put them in. After they "persuade" you to sign the agreement, they never put the accessories in. They totally take advantage of senior citizens. Do not buy from them, or even go in there. They are thieves. They are being reported to the BBB. I would give them negative stars. I can't stress that enough.

Worst experience, very disappointing

Bad customer service! After texting and talking with William and Tre about the car i was interested in, we made an appt to go look at the car. They called me to confirm my appointment that morning and couldnt tell me the car I was wanting had been sold the night before. Then, the 2 men i had been talking to and was supposed to meet with werent even there!! They have the worst customer service and didnt even apologize for wasting my time and money! So disappointed! I called Courtesy Chevrolet, told them what i wanted and the price i could pay, they called me back 20 min later with a great deal for the car i wanted. No bs, no games, just honest business with excellent customer service, unlike honda showcase, and I came home happy in my dream car. You guys need to get some customer service training from courtesy chevrolet!

Lies, takes your money then turns thier back on you

Bought a used car from Showcase with a small problem i discovered on the test drive. They said if i bought the car they would take care of it on Monday. Did a little homework over the weekend and found its not an unusual problem and could be a simple fix and told them that. After a week i get a call saying they took a look and couldnt figure it out and i had to take it somewhere else to diagnose the problem then maybe they would fix it. Huh? They then said they didnt make enough money off the sale to warrant repairing it. Huh!!? I explained i was told they would take care of the problem yet they did not. In fact in the process of them looking at it they messed up the tach (i realized this later) when they put it back togather after checking for a bad buld. I wasnt asking for anything other than promised before the sale but when they got my money i think it was pretty much game over for me...my bad. To top it all off i ended up fixing the tach myself after having to take the dash apart and also fixed the original problem too....that was so simple just a disconnected wire on the back of the button exactly like the info i gave them said it could be. It litterally took me 30 seconds to diagnose and 10 minutes to solder a wire on....something they couldnt seem to do in the 2 weeks they actually had the car. Bottom line their service dept either sucks or they just flat out lied to me about trying to fix the problem. I think its both. I will never do business with them again and would recommend steering clear at the very least of the used car dept.

Very satisfied customer- sales rep Samie Bolin

I'm a current customer of showcase, I really love my Honda Accord. I was shopping for an upgrade and had the privelage of working with sales rep Samie Bolin and what can I say she is a genuine person. It's not too often that I can say I get to work with people who truly care about the customer but she definitely proved that and I would love to work with her in the future and recommend for anyone that walks into this dealership.

Customer experience with Samie Bolin

I can say Samie Bolin made my experience at showcase a very pleasant and easy interaction. She is a very sincere sale rep who truly understands the needs of her customers. She took in every thing I gave her to work with and matched what I was looking for. I can't say I have ever worked with anyone like her so I don't leave reviews to often. If you are shopping around for a new or used Honda please stop and see her.

Its About Time

I was fortunate to have gotten Brian Fitzwilliam for my sales guy at the lot on Monday afternoon. My personal current situation made things very complicated when trying to figure out a car for me . He was very resourceful and had patience of steel . Ask for Brian you wont regret it .

Dave Susin

Dave Susin was very knowledgeable and not pushy, which is what I was used to when visiting dealerships. We told him the first day we met him that we weren't ready to buy a car that day, yet he still took the time to show us multiple models and take us for a test drive. After making our decision and purchasing the car, Dave personally delivered it to our house and helped me with all of the settings. He followed up a few days later to see how everything was going and whether I had any questions. I would highly recommend you ask for Dave Susin.

FIVE STAR!!!!!

I love my 2016 Honda CRV!!! Everyone at Showcase Honda was wonderful, especially my salesman Brian Fitzwilliam FIVE STARS TO BRIAN!!!!, very professional and knowledgeable of all the vehicles specification. Brian Fitzwilliam actually sat in my car and personally showed me how to use all the features the CRV has. He answered every question I had without being pushy. Everyone treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable throughout the purchase process. Showcase Honda is an all around great team, friendly and professional service. Would highly recommend.
