This is in response to a one star review I submitted in late July. Immediately after purchasing a 2016 Corolla I discovered a broken motor mount at a price of $444.80 of which I paid. After much texting Showcase Honda decided to reimburse me the $444.80. Good job, Thanks Showcase Honda.

Janet wasn't there when I arrived so Ish worked with me.

Janet wasn't there when I arrived so Ish worked with me. They had almost 3800 dollars of "dealer installed" options and fee's that were not included in the advertised price. Things like window tint. I expressed concern that the dealership even did these things and didn't advertise them. They assured me they did all of these things. I looked at the Carfax after the sale and it turns out they were not honest. The "Lifetime Window Tint" was installed by the original dealer prior to it being sold as new. This makes me feel like they totally ripped me off on those items.

I spoke with Steve the Used Car Sales Manager today. It was not pleasant, he tried to bully me to change my review or include the words I assumed in my review. After that experience I don’t think I want to talk to anyone else, just to be told I was wrong, and “Why did I buy it?” Lesson learned on my part.
