Lost my information at the Collision Center.
Went to the collision center in the afternoon. Someone by the name of Mike Lopez followed me out to my car, took pictures, took down my information, and said he'd get back to me. Two weeks later, I hadn't heard anything, so I called and talked to them. They had no record of my visit, no pictures, and nothing. So essentially they wasted about an hour and a half of my time. (It's a 45 minute drive for me to go there, and they are only open when I'm working).

Easy experience
Bought a used van for my company. Good price from the start and he communications from them was quick. Took if for a text drive and an hour and half was done with the whole process. Would recommend them.

Humiliating
It was by far the most worst purchase of my nearly 60 years. Trying to talk to them via the Internet was underwhelming. They Wouldn't talk price till I came to the dealership. Driving 107 miles each way twice was my first mistake, buying a used commercial type truck from a suburb dealership that was the biggee. It is a good truck and it is what I wanted. I paid too much and got nothing but craziness at each step. The selling point to my wife was the NA V system that the salesman pitched as the exact same one as in her 2017 Rouge. Wrong! and of course no one there seemed to know how it connects. Did I say they washed it and forgot to put the floor mats back in? One keyfob and all they say is it is a "commercial truck."There is a lock on the trailer hitch that I told them about Tuesday. The manager just told me we have no one here that can remove it. "It is what it is" he said and shrugged his shoulders. I just can't believe how lousy I feel on what should be a great time. Part of it is my fault to want to try and buy something long distance. I learned that lesson

Great customer service, even when I wasn't ready to buy a car the sales guy and the manager understood my situation and didn't push me, I told them if I got the money I would return and buy the GTR !!

I set a meeting time and they didn't have the car.
I scheduled a meeting to look at a car they said they had for sale. I arrived on time and they didn't have the car ready. They said they couldn't get it to stay running. Why would you tell me it was ok to see the car if you didn't have the car ready to see? This should have been addressed in the email conversation. None of the issues were reported on the car fax report either. The report listed eveything in working condition, which is not true.

Good customer service
Had a pleasant experience buying car from Andy Mohr. Had some problem with an add on accessory (homelink) but Andy Mohr got it fixed. It took them a while to get it fixed but eventually got it fixed.

Oil Change
Brought my 2012 Maxima in for it's routing oil change and tire rotation. I worked with Jeff Taylor and the guy is awesome! He always tell me what the status of my car is in terms of what it needs and what it doesn't. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and professional. It's nice to walk into a place where everyone has a smile on their face and says hello. Thank you and I'll be back soon!
