Honda of Fishers

This was my third time buying a Honda CRV and it was by far the absolute best car-buying experience out of the three times!!!! Dan and Eric are the people to see! I have been browsing for a used Honda CRV for a few months. I had stumbled upon one on that caught my eye on cars.com and it said that the car was at Honda West. I went over to the dealership and met Dan R. on a Saturday. After admiring it, I took the car out on a test drive, but my visit was cut short due to my mother being with me, and it being the hottest day of the year. I then called Dan later that day and told him that I wanted to come back the following Monday, and test drive the car again (since the air conditioning seemed to be the focus the last time). He said he would see me then. Dan was wonderful!!! That Monday, Dan did inform me that the car would getting new tires whether I bought the car or not. After my second test drive, I asked if I could test drive it again with the new tires because I was concerned about the road noise. He had no problem with me doing that. While the new tires were being put on, I sat down with Dan and explained to him that I had an extenuating circumstance - my car was actually being repair at a competitors dealership. He was still 100% willing to work with me. As it turned out, Honda West traded my car - even with it being repaired at another dealership!!! I got a newer CRV with all the bells and whistles, lower miles, at an affordable monthly payment. Eric was my finance person, and he was also amazing. I got a great rate, and he explained everything clearly. Never once did I feel pressured throughout the process - I could tell that customer service is a priority at this dealership. THANK YOU HONDA WEST! I will be back!

We purchased our first Honda from Honda West in 1983. Since then, our family has purchased 18 new and used Hondas from Honda west. Obviously, we have have been very pleased with their sales and service departments.

This is a great little dealership that has personal touch and still has pricing to match the bigger Honda places. Also great service with Jerry and his crew. Everyone looking for a Honda in Indy area should give them a look-- we should all support these smaller local dealerships. We have bought 2 cars from them and will be back for more. They go above and beyond.

My 10-year old commuter car died on me unexpectedly and we had to figure out what to replace it with. When we targeted the '12 Civic, we sent out requests for quotes to all the local dealers and Honda West responded promptly with a very competitive price. The salesperson was communicative (both phone and email) and found a new car meeting my needs quickly. He even picked me up and took me back to the dealership to complete the sale. The staff at the dealership were very courteous and prompt. Would happily recommend this dealer based on my purchase experience.
