Typical Bad Dealership

I didn't visit the dealership, I just asked a question about whether a specific car had a specific option. Not a tough question, it was a real easy one. Like most of the dealerships I have contacted I never got an answer. I did get a bunch of automated emails wanting me to stop by or make an appointment. To the dealership - you are wasting your money on the automated email system. In order for it to be effective, you need to answer people's questions and follow up. Your completely missed the opportunity to make a sale because you don't understand or properly use internet marketing. Take the money you are paying for all of these automated email systems and hire a business coach. Your grade is "Fail", "Complete Fail".

Outstanding Sales Consultant...Long Distance Purchase

Upon our finding a used vehicle on line at another dealership, Pete Hollingsworth went to great lengths to acquire the vehicle and sell it to us. We were amazed at his dedicated service and incredible efforts in meeting our needs. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and friendly. We highly recommend Pete and the dealership!

Best Dealership in Indy

I will never use another dealership again! I have shopped with Hubler, Coast to Coast, Tom Wood and Butler, and none of them even come close to the level of customer service Lockhart Cadillac provides. The amount of professionalism, integrity, and respect here is unparalleled. Their customer service is the best I have received in ANY industry, not just the the car buying industry. You never get treated like a number, you will never feel pressured to give your info or buy a car, and they don't use shady car dealer tricks and gimmicks, which is so refreshing. Although they are a Cadillac dealer, their main priority is to get you in the right car for YOU, regardless of brand. Charlie, the business manager, makes the car buying process here is so simple, quick, and painless. They work with a variety of lenders to get you the best deal, and are sure to explain any questions you may have. If you are even thinking about looking for a car, stop in and talk to Gerald Collins and Mike Alsop. They get it and are the absolute best of the best. I promise you if you go here you won't want to go anywhere else.

Help even on Christmas Eve

Service was Cadillac roadside functioning out of this dealership. Service technician was prompt, professional and very friendly. He resolved the problem at the site where the car was dead (battery) on Christmas eve!

Pleasant purchase experience

Amazing Service...Easiest Long Distance Purchase...HONEST!!

Drove 6hrs to purchase a CPO Escalade ESV and was well worth it. Charles took care of the paperwork prior to my arrival, picked me up at the rental place and had the Escalade detailed to perfection. The Escalade was better than described! Charles took the time to go over everything in the Escalade and was extremely professional. Amazing attention to detail. I would definitely purchase my next Cadillac from Lockhart and recommend my friends .even with the drive! Huge selection of Escalades.

Great Experience

Lockhart Cadillac is a clean and friendly environment. I travelled 90 minutes to look at a vehicle. Previous to driving to the dealership, I had financing in order and ready to sign the paperwork upon arrival. Unfortunately, the vehicle was missing one of my "must have" options. So, I had to walk from the deal. I worked with Matt S, who was a great representative of the brand and was courteous, informative and understanding. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family!
