Mala experiencia, entre mi carro a las 12 solo para cambiar bateria, Steve no me acepto coupon y se demora 4 horas en tener mi carro listo, ya la toyota no es como antes, tienen muy mal servicio.

But the best thing was the attention received by Raone Campelo, He likes what he does and just wants to see a happy customer. Horrible business.
Horrible business. I made deal on a vehicle and they sold it to someone else while i was on the way to pick it up. First of all they are extremely low and customer service sucks. I waited forever to make a deal but finally got it done. I had to come back the next day to get the vehicle because i had to leave after a couple of hours waiting. I got financing approved and signed for the car. The next day i came in and the sales person wasnt there. I confirmed the sale and arranged pickup for the next day. So after arranging everything and coming to get the vehicle (I live over 50 miles away) they sold it to someone else knowing I wanted it. They even called me the same day to confirm and I confirmed pickup in three hours. Horrible experience. My partner and I have bought multiple vehicles here but they will never see another penny of my money.

Worst experience ever
I had the worst experience ever at this dealership. I went in for service and was verbally abused by the service rep (she says her name is Daisy). She literally shouted insults because she was in a bad mood! I was totally surprised and definitely embarrassed. The only thing I could do was take to social media regarding this incident and warn others of my encounter so that they are aware of what to expect from this company’s employee.
