Excellent service by my Concierge Kris Barres. Had some warranty work done and everything was done very well. The only thing I was disappointed with was that the employee who did my tire rotation/balance did not inflate my tires to the specs recommended by BMW. I brought it to the attention of Kris when I discovered this and he offered to immediately take care of it. It was nothing I couldn't do myself, but it was disappointing that the mechanic at Braman wasn't more detailed about ensuring the tires were inflated properly. My car's front tires have a different inflation than my rear tires. But other than that, everything was great.

Everything that I requested was completed and even more. I am very pleased with the work that was done, however I do have an. issue with the condition that the car was returned to me in. Work was done along the dashboard and windshield and theses areas were left very dirty. The car should have been detailed and the interior cleaned.

Maruf is the best service adviser. He is in top off everything f and so helpful. Could not ask for anything more
