BMW 530
I was taking my car in for service because and alarm went on the dashboard it said passenger seat restraint system ..so I took my car in for service after one hour BMW called me and said that this trouble was not under warranty because the seat sensor was reading moisture I just purchased my BMW 530 less than a month ago and no one has spilled any type of water on the seat .. so they wanted to charge me $800 for the repair so I asked to speak to the manager and the maintenance supervisor came out and tried to explain to me that this was not underneath the warrantee .. I was real mad about this but after going back and forth they decided to dry out the seat overnight ..the next day they called me and they said everything was OK ...right now the car is fine ...what I cant understand is if the seat gets wet or the seat is reading moisture that it is not covered underneath warranty ?? What about if I go to the beach and my swim trunks are a little damp ...is BMW saying that I should not drive my car??? or what about if the people in Canada or Minnesota in the winter get caught in a snowstorm does that mean that they should not drive their car because they can get their seats wet ???? that is ridiculous BMW should cover this warrantee ..BMW engineered the car and should expect Things like this to happen?? Other than thid Braman fixed the problem at no cost .. and i was satisfied

My experience was always wonderful from the valet to the service desk for drop off. But I di and still do notice the lack of gratitude, customer attention, lack of eye contact, lack of expression, lack of the enthusiasm as it relates to the ENTIRE group of cashiers. I have never seen or experienced in a high caliber environment such a lack of regard either for their jobs or the for the customer. I approached the counter after getting my clearance from the service rep. There was an on going issue with all Wells Fargo Authorizations and I was declined! NOT only did the cashier ease my frustrations but he simply replied DECLINED and returned my card to me without any eye contact or apologies! I was on hold for 20minutes trying to resolve issue. I went to another cashier after my disgust with the first as the Wells Fargo Rep asked that card be keyed in manually. The young lady that helped with me with that process was the only person out of 5 that seems to have a slight bit of service. Her sense of urgency was well noted. But not once did anyone use my name, say thank, you're welcome, or even glad we could help. I was totally shocked as I expect this service from a BUY HERE PAY HERE service department! ANYONE can sell a MINI but its how well you service the MINI that sets you apart. The name on the building doesn't mean BEST SERVICE its the staff and the supervision of the staff that dictates the level of service that should be expected un such name!!!! I brushed off the first experience and deal with Brahman because I live so close but now I am considering driving a little farther for service! My service attendant is Fernando is the BEST!!!!!!
