I have a yellow warning on the dashboard of the BMW I have on lease The attention paid by Marlon (the customer service manager) has been great and very useful But you do not have the piece that should be changed and it will last 4 weeks And I'll be with the warning yellow light during this period

Each time I went to Braman I feel treated like a king ! From the check in team , then the service advisor , the loaner car team and the cashier's. What a great example for all companies and service providers in the world, this is how you treat a customer and make him wish to always come back and recommend. While browsing online for cars I stumbled upon Braman Motors. I requested some information on a car I was interested. And shortly after I received a prompt response and a call by Barrington Russell. He asked me a couple of questions and I explained to him my current situation. Never a negative reaction, he just told me to go to the dealership that they will make something happen.
