Excellent service and support

Sergio did an amazing job demonstrating the features and key characteristics of the car. Also he did great taking care of any questions I had and always with a smile! Great service and knowledge !

My service advisor is always great!

I've noticed that this dealership gets a bad rap and I'm not exactly sure why.. people just expect way more then what they can reasonably get maybe? But every time I go in I get well taken care of, I get everything when I need a timely and efficient manner. I call ahead of time to check if they have loaners, and I come in during slow times.. what more can you ask for?!

Service

The service was great and the staff is really helpful. Daniel Soro was very helpful and polite. He answer all the questions I had and explained routing throughly.

overall feedback

Felipe was very professional and gave me a quick turnaround in getting my car back to me the same day. The cashiers need to have a bit more customer service training otherwise great service overall.

Great service and perfect car for me!

I found this car online and head straight to the dealership because of the limited inventory of this vehicle. I'm happy that Braman BMW happened to be the dealership that had this car. It was quick a service and we came to an easy lease agreement. The service was above and beyond and I was able to take the car home that day even though it was after hours.

Smooth and fast

I went to service oil in my BMW. Experience from reception to getting the loaner back to pick up the car was excellent. I had to wait a little to much for the valet to bring the car, that's the only thing that was not perfect.
