Lesons for new buyers
Ater sale your dealership should spend time explaining to the new buyers : - How to use the electronics in the new car! - Maintenance schedule etc. - At least one hour lesson with technician explaining the ins and outs of the car.

I recently leased my 2016 Mini and I have to say that I had the best experience! Frederico was very helpful and patient with me. He showed me the exact car I had been eyeing on-line. He took me for a test drive. I was in and out in three hours. It was quick! I will definitely be going back for all of my future purchases!

WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER
Absolute worst service I've ever experienced with regard to an accident and just customer service in general. I got into an accident on Nov 15, 2015, and was towed to the body shop the following day. It is now January 20, 2016, and my car is STILL being repaired. I was told it would take approximately one month to fix, yet it has been over two. Every week I would call and they would say, "just one more week." It just so happened that the person responsible for my case (or lack their of), Dwayne, was fired about a month and a half into the job. Nobody let me know this information or at the very least updated me, and I had to call to find out the status of my car. The case was transferred to a new employee, Michael, who has been reasonable. He blames it on excessive damage and parts delay, but that is no excuse. I was given a timeframe that has been extended by double. It appears that nobody at Braman works efficiently or effectively - this includes the employees at desks and the mechanics as well. Surely, I'm not an engineer so I don't know the degree of the damage - but the point is it should not have taken TWO MONTHS - and if that's the case you should have known from day one it was going to take a xxxx of a lot more than four weeks. If you want your car to sit in a body shop for as long as possible - bring it to Braman. They will ensure that you are left in the dark regarding the status of your vehicle. If and only when you call and complain for the eight time will they actually lift a finger to get it going. I am in absolute disbelief at my experience and would not wish it upon anyone.
