I have a great experience With Braman BMW

Jomar Orozco is a great service consultant, he was my service consultant for so many years on the past for Toyota cars and now I really glad his work on Braman BMW dealer so I can continue use his help, knowledge and experience on my BMW.

Braman BMW service

Jason was great at explaining all repairs needed. He was very fair and tried to give me best price possible for repair since my car is out of warranty. I highly recommend Jason and Braman BMW. I am satisfied knowing that they stand with their repairs and if anything were to happen to the car they stand behind their repairs

Corrected vibration problem

The vibration problem was resolved, where other were unable to resolve. It required two new tires, balance, and alignment. However, the repair cost of $810 was high.

Service

Kris has been by service advisor for years... When I called to to make my service appointment.... He informed me that he is no longer with BMW service... He recommended Jose Alamo to to be my new service advisor! GREAT! He got me in... Got me a loaner and very professional ! My new great service advisor!!!!!

Long distance purchase made easy!

I flew in from Connecticut to buy my MINI GP from Jairo. Jairo made the whole process very easy and personable. I purchased the car over the phone after quickly agreeing on a selling price and was put in contact with Francesca, their Finance Manager. She overnighted up all the paperwork in the most detail oriented and neatest way possible... AMAZINGLY organized. The only issue I had with the whole process was the very expensive doc fee... But that's easy to get over when you see the level of service this dealer provides. Jairo was so generous he offered to pick me up at the airport (I landed at 11pm). I declined, but he left home to meet me at the dealership close to Midnight on a Saturday just so I could have a proper delivery of my special MINI. On top of all that, the dealership is absolutely stunning... Thanks to everyone involved for making this a very easy process! The 26 hour straight drive home in my MINI was also a lot of fun :)

Advisors are always available when needed. Elmer was great. He showed genuine care for my concerns and handle car issue right away. Service is always amazing at Braman. Highly recommend this dealer
